We are the product of what is passed down. Hey Luigi is named for my father, Pasquale Luigi Pascuzzi, but the foundation goes a generation deeper. It started with a grandfather who crossed the ocean—a mechanic and master gardener who taught my father how to forage, hunt, and cultivate the earth. Those lessons became my inheritance. Today, Hey Luigi marries that old-world Italian survival and craft with the rich bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
Pasquale Luigi’s simple joys: A great MArtini, great seafood, and pasta/Pizza
